The project is\u00a0managed by <a href=\"http:\/\/diglibarts.whittier.edu\/\">Whittier College\u00a0Digital Liberal Arts,<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reclaimhosting.com\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Reclaim Hosting<\/span><\/a> for faculty, students, and academic staff to own their own shared hosting website, where they can publish, share, and own their digital content. Those with an @whittier.edu or @poets.whittier.edu email address may receive ONE free subdomain hosted through Whittier.Domains, OR they may purchase their own domain through Whittier.Domains for a minimal hosting charge that is paid directly to Reclaim Hosting.<\/p>\n<p>Whittier.Domains\u00a0offers students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to register a domain (.com, .org, .net) and create a digital presence through various platforms\u00a0such as blogs, portfolios, and wikis.
